The Strategic Leadership Review is a module for controlling an effective management strategy. Through self-identification, it helps leaders find out their preferred management styles and their influence on company leadership. Linking the Facet5 Personality Profile and 360° feedback will provide a view of the leader and the use of his skills right at work.

What will Facet5 ™ SLR - 360° bring to your company?

  • Concept of leadership style 
  • Identifies the strengths of the leader he uses in leadership

The SLR is based on the Bernard Bass model, which examines 7 core competencies of leaders through personality potential, and also from an ambient viewpoint through 360 ° feedback.
