Program Scope
March, 17th - 18th February 2022 in BratislavaPractically oriented, certified two-day training focused on detailed explanation of Facet5. We will provide you with deep explanation of the psychological aspects of personality, factors and sub-factors that influence its formation as well as information about the history of Facet5. You will learn how to use applications that you can then actively use in your daily practice, in educating and managing your employees.

- Theory 'Big 5'
- Deeper explanation of factors and sub-factors
- Combination of individual factors and its importance for explaining personality profile
- Reliability and validity of Facet5 in comparison with other tools
- Practical practice of giving the feedback (interpretation of the test result)
- Using individual modules: Audition, BackDrop, Strategic Leadership Review and TeamScape
After completing the accreditation, you will:
- Understand the "Big 5" theory
- Be able to interpret the 5 factors accurately and correctly
- Be able to give a constructive feedback and answer key questions
- Get an overview of Facet5 in selecting, creating teams, and developing them
- Get access to a Facet5 system that includes online resources, case studies, and access to current researches.
